Rude incompetent nurses and staff, good luck here! What's worse is I'm at another location for fresenius and now a nurse from this lowell location rachel is here!
They don't let you get out at your time 4 hours
This place is a joke. 10/21/23 as if 5:30am, the doors were still not open. We did not start calling until 5:15am. Of course the nurses don’t answer. We knocked on the window, they could see and hear us but we’re rudely ignored. This was worsened by their giggling. The male and female nurses refused to budge. The poor patients have to be outside in the cold in their wheelchairs and walkers until the doors are opened at the nurses convenience. No compassion or regard for these patients. Most of AM nurses are very rude and inconsiderate. They do not open the doors at 5:15am as they should, patients will keep calling the phone with no answer or will be told that someone will open the doors then will be kept waiting out in the cold. When someone knocks on the windows to get the nurse's attention, they will ignore them and take their sweet time to get to the doors. This has been ongoing with no improvement. My husband go here 3 times a week, some of the staff are rude to him, ignoring him, he is supposed yo be in oxygen and his tank is very small because he can't carry the big tank he ask to be put in his chair so he could be put in the office oxygen so he will have enough oxygen to get back home they ignored him and call him 20 minutes after he is scheduled to have dialysis, Very unkind and unhuman to do this to people specifically people with health issues I call to give the complaint and they hang the phone on me very unprof... read more
