I've been going on 15 years on dialysis, and this was a first for me. one of the technician had a family emergency. The BOSS of the unit step right in without any hesitation start prepping, cleaning, taking on and off patients. Truly expressed!! In regards to staff they have made my transition from Brooklyn very easy. Thank You!!!
There are no words to describe how polite and accommodating the team and facility director are. My uncle had to be scheduled fairly quickly due to his kidneys beginning to fail and in hopes of avoiding an emergency situation. Dr. Khazaei has had the utmost patience with my uncle and all his needs...not to mention myself and helping me navigate a schedual to get it all done!!! 💙💙💙
