I set up a ride for my father-in-law to get to his appointments. He forgot his Walker and they refused to come out and get him. I asked, just take a wheelchair to him.He can do it himself,. I brought a friend to dialysis. She was supposed to be there at 4:45a.m on Sunday due to the Cristmas holiday changes. It was 26 degress and felt like 16 degrees. Outside the building were two older gentlemen sitting on the bench since 4:00a.m. waiting to go inside for their 4:20a m. time and the doors were locked. There are too many there just for a check and too few that care including Sherry in Hays, the Social worker Diane?, my home health nurse Laurie, and several others. They seem to look out for each other and not about the patient. They go from not pulling any fluid to pulling too much we end up with an ambulance ride to the hospital. The nephrologist prescribes blood pressure medicine without consulting with my cardiologist. The employees use the button method on my fistula that created 2 big humps and scar tissue.
