EXCELLENT nurses and techs
Excellent service
Fresenius is better than DeVita, which isn’t saying much (Watch John Oliver’s “Last Week Tonight” show regarding Dialysis) The receptionists and nurses are great. Some of the technicians are better than others. The dietitian and the physicians assistant rely too much on their smart phones for information and they don’t seem to know how to properly look up information. My mom has been a patient here for years. They DO NOT care about their patients. She often comes home with her shirt soaked with blood. They are non-consistant, the nurses are habitually late so they can't ever unlock the doors on time. No one EVER answers the phone
Uncomfortable seating is a major complaint of many patients. The pain from the procedure should not be overridden by the uncomfortable chairs.
