Very professional and excellent clinical skills, my mom is usually difficult to cannulate but as she said the staff are really good and she does not even feel any pain during cannulation

Rude staff that yells at you: “I don’t have time to help you!” They damaged my fistula several times. Most of care is by technicians who have three months of training. Hell on earth.
Great staff, they take very good care of you.
Staff is extremely rude, care of the patients (or lack there of should I say) is horrible.
