The nurses at HDNM are incredible! So patient when teaching my husband and me all about home peritoneal dialysis. The extensive training before and after my husband's hospitalization has been great. Even with much repetition in the training because of his hospitalization and acute rehab stays, they were so patient. Myra is the one we have dealt with most of the time, and she is on point, has extensive knowledge about PD, conveys instructions so well, and follows up with us, even on her own time, to make sure we are doing wel... read more
My life depends on the Staff here. From Bree, the receptionist, Donna, the Head Nurse, and every single person there has the necessary experience and compassion for the job. The TCU is run by a Nurse with more than 10 years experience. Whether a Tech or someone else, everyone is the best in their field. Bryan, the Center Manager, recently retired and will be sorely missed by the Staff and the Patients.
The graious hospitality of this dialysis center is above the norm!!!! Brice, the receptionist, is exceptional. She is an asset to this facility, and more dialysis center should have employees like her!! Nurse Elaine and Anna are exceptional too, and we want to THANK YOU for all your help!!
