The clinic manager Daniel Hessler is a LIAR. He was made aware of and shown the damage to my car by the maintenance man. He then lied and told the property owners he did not see any damage. I also had to continuously ask for information I was told I would be provided. They gave my husband's fistula a pseudoaneurysm and got him dehydrated requiring a hospital stay. I also wonder how a person with invasion of privacy charges is allowed to be in charge of all those private medical records?
Some times they make you sit in the lobby 45 minutes or up to an hour late passed your appointment time without even bothering to keep you informed. If you're taken in an hour late your 2nd ride needs to know to expect to pick you up an hour later. And your meal prep an hour later. (Diabetics can't really go much longer than 4 1/2 -5 1/2 hours without eating. Not only inconvenience for the drivers and patients, also not very considerate.
Spoke with Nurse Mary; she was very unprofessional and hung up before conversation was done. Someone providing life saving medical treatment should not be hanging up on clients.
