Horrible place do not care about loved ones. Need new management asap or going to cost lives of people
Don't care about my Daddy's other issues. That's an understatement.
My mother in law uses the facility, because it's the only facility in Henderson county. This is the worst facility ever! The attending staff is unpleasant and difficult to deal with, they are very disrespectful, they handle the clients like trash. My mom was threaten by Angela, she told her that she could kill her if she wanted to and there was nothing that anyone could do about it. I wouldn't recommend or advise anyone to use this facility. I'm registering a grievance with the Texas Medical Board.
By far the worst medical facility. Back in November of 2021, they left more than one patient unattended and placed outside in the cold when their is a large waiting area. The staff do not provide appropriate care and they have been written up numerous times. Of course nothing is done since it's just a money making business. Over a year ago they left a patient unattended and that patient was in a wheelchair that was rolling down into the main road.
