From what I've heard, an inferior technician has abandoned the premises. Because of this, and because of the better treatment I am now expecting for the relative who undergoes dialysis here, I am adding one star to the review; however, I personally considered my previous rendition of the review to be zero stars, with the present star merely being so I could have my words posted; thus, the review will remain at one star. Do with this knowledge what you will.
This place is terrible! Drab on the inside, at least give the patients a nice place be if they are there for 3 to 4 hours. The custom service is awful. The way the employees treat their patients, there are some young employees at this facility that need custom service skills. Be there to help the patients not mistreat the patients. The patients have feelings too! The patients should feel comfortable and at ease. Take time to care for them, you don’t know what they are feeling on the inside.
