Doctor safdar and his staff is terrible here they are most terrible people to be around my mother went there tried several times to get my mother out of there she passed away we have lived in forest park for 50 years their are two more dialysis centers behind this one please go to them one is devita and think the other is DC dialysis please stay away from Dr saf and this location this Doctor is working out of about 4 to 5 different hospitals which I didn't no until the end of my mother death terrible service please stay away... read more
Please don’t take your kidney patient in this dialysis center if you care. My dad transferred from New Hampshire to this dialysis center. Their services, I give 4/5 to nurse but transportation isn’t great which provided by case manager. The case manager have to take care of their patients what their needs. My dad had to Walked to home like 4 miles few times. It have been almost one month my dad haven’t got transportation. I tried to meet my dad case manager few months ago regarding my dad situation.
