This the worst clinic I ever been. They treat disabled people wrong .they are not well trained to handle handicap person .today my dad Got denied dialysis do to not having a Hoyer pad .is in process of him getting one but for the pass 3 weeks they were putting one end giving him the treatment. Some staff are great but the rest are terrible including the manager of the facility very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to one .
Going to this facility was one of the worst experiences of my life. After getting my dialysis at UMASS MEMORIAL I found this facility to be highly unprofessional. At one point I was put on a machine that didn't function correctly. I could see my blood clotting in the tube. They played with the machine. The doctor overseeing this facility told the technician to start the machine. She refused until the machine was correctly fixed.
