Location has changed so this isn’t the right address. It’s further down on the right. We came from out of state and this was very frustrating. Then my mom’s appointment was for 9am got there and told her that they rescheduled her for 11am. Again not convenient seeing we are traveling and on a schedule. People were nice but that’s about all I can say.
