My father (Roberto Munoz) has attended this clinic for about 5-6 yrs. Mary Lou and her staff have done an awesome job caring for my dad.
Staff is very caring and concerned
This center gives me the absolute creeps. The staff is usually unprofessional, rude and the bedside manners are horrible. Dr. Koka is never there during business hours. His focus is not on the patients at all, it is ALL about collecting a paycheck. He also has poor communication and again, extremely unprofessional. I hope I never have to deal with organization again. If you have a loved one who needs dialysis, I would go ANYWHERE but here.
Recently I’ve been to this Deer Part dialysis on several occasions and the staff have been happy!? That’s not common in the dialysis setting to be honest, my partner and I have been treated so well and that’s not common either. The patients at this facility even look happier !?!? I’m shocked, I shouldn’t be but there is good energy there, the staff are getting along and a gentlemen named Mo greets everyone.
