Horrible staff, couldn’t even get through to book an examination to be seen for my kidney issues. Pam and Madison were nasty and disrespectful. Seemed privileged and say anything to get out of helping people. She used the term “harnessing staff” over a phone call, see what I mean ?! No wonder why they have 2.5 stars !!! SMH
Poor communication, doesn't feel as if staff truly cares for patients and their needs, they just want to punch out for the day. I hope things change soon or I'm going to have to go elsewhere
Usually looks like the lobby / waiting area needs a good cleaning. Their dialysis services seem to be adequate.
