This place is genuinely depressing. Some of the staff are okay but most of them let their outside problems determine how they treat you inside. Communication is bizarre here. When you try to voice your opinion on how you care should be handled they brush it off and continue doing whatever they want. They treat you as if your not the one going through dialysis. Terrible business. End of story
I used to bring my mother here. I remember they had 2 different operating sides. My mom went to the "Left" side longer than the "Right" side. Dr. Montero was her physician on the "left" side of the building. (Forgive me for not remembering the difference between the sides) Dr. Montero and his staff were top notch. My mother thought highly of Dr.Montero. She also had her favorite nurse- Cyndi Williams R.N. Cyndi was a fantastic "teaching" nurse who made my mom feel safe and welcome. The new bern side of this facility is absolutely horrible certain individuals that work here are complete jokes if you have to come here go to the craven county side it's much nicer and kinder staff to both patients and workers.
Absolutely the worst dialysis center I've ever been to. And a person should not give a review on a dialysis center if they are not a dialysis patient. I mean really????? What does a guide know. If you don't know how to ride a bicycle don't tell everyone you can.
