My mom was only contacted one time and no more for labs they knew were critical and life threatening. It was too late by the time she got help. Was also told they held back medical information from her which should’ve been told to her way sooner. Never contacted family in any way after finding out what happened to a patient they claimed to of cared about so much. Just wondering why if you know someone’s labs are extremely bad why you wouldn’t bother to continue to reach out to them.
