So disappointed! My stepfather was in town and switched an appointment to go here so he could be family for Thanksgiving and they were so rude! These patients don't have a choice whether or not to seek treatment so why be rude? Don't work in this type of facility if you lack empathy! Thanks to you, he will not spend extended time with family.
