I would give -5, if I could. They treat my mother-in-law like garbage. They constantly yell at her, and put her down. They put down my father-in-law also. When see can't make it due to either too much pain, or not enough sleep, they get made. She's 73, years old. I think she knows what she can handle, and what she can't by now
Nurses are polite, and it's a clean environment
Twice now, I have visited Fresenius Kidney Care to provide moral support for a family member. This institution, manifestly has the ability to provide enough care to retain their insurance payments to stay afloat, but it seems that they hire what Saginaw and Flint will not. Both times I have visited Fresenius, I encountered ill-mannored women that were absolutely going out of their way to be impolite for reasons unbeknownst to me.
