I am a middle aged male who have received good service from the staff at this facility. However,there is only one issue i would like to address. There is one black male named Calvin who consistently creates a loud, hostile and uncomfortable enviroment for the patients during treatments. He can be heard threatening and mocking patients during a vulnerable time(dialysis). One of the workers left a family member outside after she told them she was weak and hot while she was outside of the business her blood sugar dropped and she went into a diabetic coma and no one checked on her one of theeee scariest days of my families life
I was here for 8 months and the staff did great and kept me alive until my transplant. The staff is great and caring, Amanda was the best!
Natalie was very rude and disrespectful towards me. Another staff member made up for it but i didn’t catch her name!
