Caprock is a great dialysis center. Staffed by careing individuals that care about their patients. Cudos to the whole staff and facility.
Good staff here. Bring a blanket as they keep it cold. TVs for each patient, recliners with heat and massage. Newer facility with 12 chairs.
My mom comes to this facility & has yet to have a bad encounter. From the front staff to the back, everyone is amazing. For me personally, one nurse can be a bit over the top & come off as rude to some people but my mother said she hasn’t been mean to her so that’s all that matters. We were scared going in for moms first dialysis day, but we are so glad this is the facility we got to come to.!
