Bad tenant experience with their patient care technician staff. I rent out rooms in my summer home to medical staff since housing on Cape Cod in the summer is very expensive. Be cautious of renting to their staff (the temps they hire for the summer) as they may leave without paying all their full rent (using the excuse that their paychecks are delayed due to their temp status).
