Doesn't listen to their patients
I would recommend Fresenius Canton to anyone looking for a good dialysis center. Brenda is very kind and helpful. Everyone here has a great attitude. You can feel that it’s a good place for treatment. Samantha & Dixie are very professional. The techs all are friendly & helpful. They are all very competent in a positive environment. Friendly and experienced staff, no louder than our dialysis center back in California where I brought my dad from. They make you feel right at home, a television for every treatment station, and nurses eyes on every patient with a smartly laid out floor.
The staff is very unprofessional, ghetto, loud, and extremely messy! along with the clinic manager, dietian, social worker, and clown doctor Perry. They should do a total rehaul of the staff their and stop allowing LPNs to do the work of RNs. They need a new Clinic Manager a.s.a.p.!
