Some of the staff are rude and disrespectful. Don’t seem to truly care or even act like they empathize with the patients. Talking to management about said staff members is useless as well seeing as they would rather just get rid of the patient than do any kind of disciplinary actions towards employees or even just firing them. If i could i would give it zero stars and recommend going somewhere else

Personnel at the Bonney Lake clinic treat their patients with dignity and respect, and are conscious of their patients’ needs. The facility is kept very clean. This facility and it’s staff deserve the highest rating possible.
