I am still currently a dialysis patient. The staff is ok. But truth be told,this is the second time they have messed up my dialysis port due to lack of knowledge and lack of disinfecting, which was the first time. Lack of knowledge is this 2nd time. They kept poking my site due to them not getting the vein. Poked my site 4 times! Causing it to swell and now I have to have open heart surgery to fix my swollen limb that they caused.
