I'm a current patient here. I've been here for a few years now and I had to say up until this last year I loved this place. I understand change is needed and always hard but they have now maximized cutting corners and completely destroyed patients care. They run by only numbers now and treat us like we are second to that here. The new charge nurse is never on the floor. They have attitude with patients now and doesn't even bother to greet or even check their machines . Some nurses seem to follow their own protocol. ZERO cons... read more
Some nice staff, and a few that could use some skill enhancement. Scheduling can be difficult as my parent cannot get moved to mornings and the afternoon appointments during the week have created a hardship and a negative impact to quality of life.
The staff is super friendly and professional. Always going by protocol. Going way out of their way to make me feel at home. Family a way from family.
I go here and from my experience the nurses and Techs are responsible, courteous and helpful.
