I go here for Dialysis three times per week, T, Th, & Sa. I've had treatments here for over five years. The staff is always attentive, caring, and professional. Top notch. They make sure I am fully vaccinated for COVID-19, Hepatitis, Influenza, and Tuberculosis. I am more than satisfied. They keep me alive!
There are some staff persons who are eager to help the clients and their families. But there are some who have a very negative attitude at the door. They don't greet with a friendly good morning, they do not offer to help get the patient out of the vehicle especially when a wheelchair is the only mode of transportation. Their welcoming expression is, "Why are you here?, "Oh Lord, here they come,'", etc. Do they not realize that the patients are why they have a job.
