I called this facility to inquire about an open chair for my spouse for permanent placement. The call went through the call center and the rep called the clinic directly. The call center clicked over to tell me that she asked Rebecca (night nurse) if she can transfer the call to me and Rebecca told her “no!”. The rep informed me that she would call the clinic back because she wasn’t sure but seemed like Rebecca didn’t want to take the call.
