My spouse was scheduled for an appointment to meet with a specialist, in regards to his dialysis. We show up for the appointment and they mention the appointment had been cancelled and multiple attempts via voicemail, as well as communication with our nephrologist had been made. Non of which were true. Extremely poor communication, inconvenient, and inconsiderate for someone who is stage 5 CKD. Will be seeking medical assistance elsewhere.
Not comfortable. Too cold. Should be more considerate re temperature. Please do better!
I wasn't even a patient but everyone in that office I had the pleasure of speaking with was so helpful. Someone even made a call for me to check the number, address and insurance taken for the doctor. If they treated me with such care, I'm sure their patients are well taken care of.
