This place is CLOSED as of July 16, 2024 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. This really needs to be updated AND they should've updated all the local hospitals/ERs/clinics cause they also did not know. Their customer service also needs to be updated or maybe not use Google to provide info when I ask "is your Aberdeen location really closed?"
Overall good experience, but sometimes my spouse is left waiting for 20 or more minutes to get disconnected. She feels like they Forget about her.
I love the staff at Fresenius in Aberdeen. Dialysis is most definitely not an easy thing to have to do, especially with me being so young and I'm literally on it full time 3 days a week (sometimes 4 if I drank too much over the weekend) for 4 hours. Never did I think I would be 35 and lost both of my kidneys and depend on dialysis to keep me alive. But all the staff members at this clinic are so kind, understanding and caring.
