At first I thought everything was going to be great, sat in the lobby, patients tell me they are very kind and good. 1st day all things went well. 2nd day they were trying to have a new staff member stick my husband and telling them the wrong information on how the access runs, this could be bad for a patient due to running backwards, recirculating the blood and not getting good dialysis and could cause a infiltration. My husband always said Cassie is so kind and respectful every time he goes in for his treatment.
April Casey and Emily are very caring and courtesy. I would recommend this clinic to anyone needing dialysis.
