I started going to dialysis on September 13, 2023. I was so emotional at the beginning because I didn’t want to be in dialysis. It’s my new normal now. I can only speak for myself but the staff was very professional and knew what I was going through. They held my hand & told me it was going to be ok. I was so scared, that I needed to move back to my hometown of Troy, AL after 10 years of living in GA, which was a big mistake. I am in the process of moving back to GA. None of these people here are sincere About the patience they treat... They are very Ignorant Not to mention inconsiderate.. Very rude.. And practice no professional ethics Whatsoever..fake.. I have interviewed over 21 different patients in the past 11 months and they all confirm the horrible nature in their treatment.. May God have mercy on the people employed here.
