I had a Groupon that I didn't buy, but they still honored it. However, she messed up my hair completely, it came out green and purple! She tried to fix it, and I ended up with damaged yellow ugly hair. Despite that, the owner of the salon still charged me a full price, a Groupon $107 +115 + tips. It was really bad hair day for me. Never again!
