I found this business through Groupon & have no intention of returning. I've used Groupon for years & have had several Swedish massages. The massage therapist here is advertising a Swedish massage on Groupon but only gives a half effort back massage. She said it's because she doesn't want to put the wear & tear on her body for clients who only pay half price (regular massage is $100+) vs Groupon being $40-$50 (for which she said she only gets like $20 from them (not the clients fault). First time coming back in may and she put me to sleep! I having had a massage that put me to sleep in years. I will be coming back!
Tried to book a Groupon service just now and the mailbox is full and cannot trade in. Seems unreliable
Phone number doesn't work, door locked during open hours with no way to contact to manage appointments or anything. My wife was excited about her massage but it looks like that won't be happening since she can't even get into the building and no one answers the doorbell or even has a phone number that works.
