I had an appt. for annual physical exam, which is preventative care with my insurance. Dr. Frentz asked if I had any questions and I did have a couple simple health questions. Not knowing I would be charged for an office visit. I talked to my dr. as I should be able to without being charged extra. I guess when you go for a physical you just let dr. talk and don't say anything because you will be charged for an office visit. BIG disappointment with the way this all went!
I’ve been going to Dr. Frentz for 15 years and now take my son to her as well. She is amazing and so kind.
Natalie is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. She is passionate about her patients, intelligent, and open to continued research. If you are looking for a family doctor, and she has an opening, you should take it and never look back.
