Literally shaking from a conversation with my dentist office. Since when is it ok to be so rude to a customer? She told me I'm at work and it's not my job to call insurance companies...ummm isn't part of your JOB to verify coverage instead of checking what someone else chart shows they paid? Unbelievable! We will not be going back to Frendi family dentistry and definitely don't recommend their offices to anyone in the area. Great Dentist and Awesome Staff!! Moved to area in August. My husband (who doesn't like going to the dentist) went here first for some dental work he needed completed. He came back home more than happy with his experience and told me she needed to be our Family Dentist. I booked an appointment for me and our son next and upon my check in the staff had remembered my husband and chatted with me like we were family. The level of care and professionalism we received from the receptionist, technicians and finally the dentist was ... read more
This is a wonderful dentistry to come to. You feel so welcome; like you are at home (part of the family). You forget what you came in for—the whole staff is wonderful and Dr. Frendi is a wonderful person. I enjoy my visits even though dental visits are not thought to be anyone's favorite thing to do. I was in and out right on time, which is always a plus.
