My son has been going to Dr. Frend since he was 7 years old. He's now 13. My son has anxiety and Dr. Frend has made him feel so comfortable that he actually looks forward to seeing him now. My son is interested in his health and always has many questions for Dr. Frend and he answers them all patiently. I think it's because of his relationship with Dr. Frend that he is now considering a career in medicine.
Dr. Frend has been taking care of my son for 17 years. His kind, gentle manner is always admired. He takes his time, he's thorough, and gives great advice. It feels like he knows his patients and cares for them in a way that reminds you of days past. Appointments are always easy to schedule, and I've never had a long wait.
Dr. Frend is great with the kids. He’s a down to earth doctor who is always reassuring and calm. There is no rush here, he will answer any and all questions regarding your child’s health.
Dr. Frend is a kind, knowledgeable, gentle soul, with seemingly endless patience for new moms. He is always available via email, and his office staff are friendly, efficient and almost always available, even through lunch time!
Dr. Frend came highly recommended as a pediatrician and I am happy to say that he was great with our son. This office has several great policies including an easy billing system, the separation of lobbies for sick/contagious vs not and the fact that Dr. Frend offers his email for those worried first time parents. Highly recommend!
newborn visit took my cousin with her newborn son. we were given a quick appointment. doctor was very friendly and very knowledgable. did not mind my cousin's one hundred questions since she was a first time mom. gave us advice and insructions on what to do in case something was worng and office was closed.
