The owner Frenchie she agreed on a certain price for my friend which was $138 that included a haircut and color and also a 15 percent discount, (yet in her fresha website a cut color and blowout shampoo and condition is 130$ which right there she's already charging her $8 too much and there was no 15% discount at that point either and I heard this agreement on the phone when the woman called my friend a day before she actually had her appointment which was with the owner and she wound up not charging what she was supposed to... read more
