Frenchys Auto went above and beyond the call of duty for me this week and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new used vehicle. I really cant say enough about the friendly service and the effort put in by this dealership to ensure I left a very happy customer. If you are in need of a quality and affordable set of wheels these are the people you need to check out. Youll be happy you did. Theyll certainly make sure of it.
I bought my SUV from them in March of 2010. I decided to pass on the warranty that they offered because I was going to save money for when a problem did occur. Well 2 weeks after I bought it I noticed it was leaking very badly (didnt even put 100 miles on it yet) I called the dealer and they acted like they knew nothing and the leak was my fault. I bought a 1999 ford f-150 lariet from frency in oct of 09 was told it was a solid truck only to find out a short time after it needed rotors brakes and brake hoses for all four wheels costing over \$850.00 going back to mention this to the salesmen he or frency didnt offer to absorb any of the cost I have to agree with the majority of the reviews STAY AWAY FROM FRENCYS AUTO they talk a good game and do nothing for customer satisfaction I wouldnt doubt it they are in cahoots with a shady machinic also... although the young s... read more
I purchased a 2000 Ford Explorer at Frenchys a couple of weeks ago. I also purchased the warranty. I have had several problems since. The hood latch didnt work, it needed front brakes and a new tie rod. I took the vehicle to the mechanic that I was told to go to and these problems were fixed. 2 days after these were fixed, my drivers side window motor went. I took it back there today and Frenchys refuses to cover the cost of the repair. The cost is \$325. I would never recommend this car dealer to anyone.. He definitely does... read more
I am very surprised at this review. I bought a car at Frenchys Auto and had a great experience. Not only was the salesman very nice, the car was in great shape and they even called me after I bought the car to make sure everything was going OK. I was treated with respect, they took their time with me and they had a good selection of cars. I would highly recommend Frenchys Auto and I will be passing this on to my friends and family!
I bought a car from Frenchys in Feb. 2010 & feel that they were not only friendly & professional--but also went "above & beyond" in terms of customer service. They allowed me to take the car I was interested in to my mechanic so that he could evaluate its condition & tell me what was "wrong" with it. My suggestion: Go to a real car dealership. This place lacks in professionalism, business ethics, and will downright rip you off with a smile on their face. Crooks.
The guy used to work as a mechanic for GM..that should tell you he is dishonest! – This guy frenchy, he thinks he's Soooooooo smart! If you are crazy enough to actually buy a car from him after you have read the reviews, then I guess nothing will change your mind. He used to be a mechanic for General Motors, and can hide big problems that the cars he sells has. If you like losing, then buy one of his overpriced cars and trucks.
