Good people and fair prices.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of trailers.
Rude and unhelpful. When contacted regarding a replacement part, we were told they would be more apt to assist if we had purchased the trailer directly from them. EDIT: My husband spoke with a gentleman who answered the phone at approximately 1:13pm 10/31/2024. There was no specific department, and it was whoever picked up the call who stated that they would not be willing to order a replacement door for the back of a dump trailer as the trailer was not purchased from them.
I called and talked to Carter,him and Pete had me fixed up and out the door quick!!!! Thanks guys!!!! 😁😁
