Stopped in here primarily to find out what size boots I needed. I don’t remember her name, but she had long dark hair and said she was a manager. She was so nice, and very helpful!

Bought some boots here and realized they were the wrong size after wearing them once. I had not worn boots in a couple of years and forgot what size I really was. I called the store and pretty much said all sales are final and they can't exchange them or anything. I would expect when someone pays this much for boots they would want them satisfied, but I guess not. Now I guess Im just out the money. This is poor customer service.

I drive over the road with a refrigerated company, now longer flatbed. I stopped for my 10 hour break at the Dickson pilot. After a fun jolly round of playing frogger to get across the the street I walked in and was warmly greeted by the staff but after that I was left to my own to do my own shopping at my own pace. It’s a breath of fresh air to just be able to sit down and decide at your own pace on what you choose to get and not be pushed into a sale by staff.
