Nice customer service overall. Staff was super helpful and the instructions were straightforward and easy to follow.
Just moved into town and chose Sanctum Storage. They were super friendly and helpful.
Very nice and accommodating place, my wife and I just PCS’d to Dyess and the storage place is conveniently located just down the road, effortless to sign up for a unit, talked with one of the owners before renting and he couldn’t have been anymore helpful or nice. 100% recommend for any of your storage needs!

This was the perfect place to temporarily park a car for a couple of weeks. The whole process was simple and the customer service is top-notch. One phone call when I rented and when I failed to check out and noticed the bank draft, I left one voicemail and got a return phone call within a couple hours (I definitely called before their business hours). Andrew was kind enough to issue a refund. I am in customer service and this makes a world of difference. I will recommend and use again !!!
