Female Karen was very rude, subtle aggressive, and difficult for no apparent reason. I guess she doesn’t understand basic information in regards to the products and services offered further complicating simplified basic questions with irrelevant answers. The whole conversation was sabotaged and deliberately overthrown looking to offset the morning with her confusion and frustration for no reason. The lack of patience and reasoning to articulate basic information is the new norm now days apparently..
Worst place in world to rent from and half the time the codes don't work and they never answer the phone to get it fixed. Pretty bad when u pay them each month and u can't even get into ur unit to get your stuff. Please rent from anyone else in abilene but not them. I rented a uhaul for night and my code does not work. So I do hope they pay for me tovrent it a second night since they did nothing to help me get my stuff. Again do not rent from these shady people.
