HORRIBLE customer service experience. Messed up my order, lost my shirts for 3 weeks. Was told several times they would contact me and I had to repeatedly go back to check. Even after my order was found it was still not done correctly and they still insisted I had to pay full price!
HORRIBLE customer service experience. Messed up my order, lost my shirts for 3 weeks. Was told several times they would contact me and I had to repeatedly go back to check. Even after my order was found it was still not done correctly and they still insisted I had to pay full price!
Very poor customer service when an item is lost. Not only was no effort put forth to find the item, but I received an "I don't care" attitude. The counter woman told me she had other things to do when I asked if she had given the manager the locating number. I was told by the plant manager and the counter woman they would call me back, but after a week, I received no calls. I was told they had 19 other stores to take care of. Very disappointed in their customer service.
