Honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a salon. My nails are not all the same shape. The colors are even different on the nails that I asked for designs on and when I pointed it out to him he literally told me I was wrong. He was shaking so bad doing my nails that he hurt me multiple times, he shouldn’t be doing any nails like that. I looked at his license and it had expired in 2024. Will not be coming back here ever again. They honestly need to just close down. There was no one there and the place is a disaster.
I have been coming here now for about a year. You do need to call and make an appointment. Jenny is very accommodating and does such a great job!! Nice atmosphere, relaxing, no rushing you in and out. My nails always look fabulous!! Thank you Jenny !!
Today was my first, and last, time here. Nothing looked sanitized. The chairs were worn and cracked. The man who did my toes kept telling me I needed to relax. I couldn't because he kept hurting me. Everything was uncomfortable, but I kept hoping it would get better. He cut my nails way too short, and he kept "flirting" in an effort to make me feel at ease. All it did was make me MORE uncomfortable! I will not go back, and I do NOT recommend anyone go there.
Staff was very friendly but in the nicest way possible the male owner should not be doing nails with Parkinson’s. My cuticles are completely cut up and bleeding. The shape looks absolutely horrible and there is still leftover fingernail polish on my fingers because he didn’t even clean them. The shape is not at all what I asked for and every nail is a different shape and length. The last time I came here I was very happy with my services with the female but after today, I don’t know if I’ll be going back. Very disappointed.
They are thorough and efficient. Love how they do my acrylics!
