I've been doing business for 4 years and everything terrific up until 1 month ago. The female didn't take my order in writing & then went to the register to add up everything. When I asked for patch ONLY on dress, she charged me for dry cleaning the dress also! They are not paying attention to the order & when I questioned the charge, I pretty much got "too bad." Also, they are now charging to pay with your credit card. I told her I won't be back & she said, "goodbye!"

Not only was I over charged for items that I was told would only be 40- 48 dollars. I received items that I specifically requested to be dry cleaned that looked to be thrown in the washer. My sweatpants no longer fit as loose as they did when I first bought them. I had never washed them because I didn’t want them to fade or shrink. Thinking I was going to a near by cleaners, that they would do the job was a mistake. I would never go to this cleaners again. Dont drop your clothes off here - they dont do a good job. Super rude. The owner messed up my shorts and turned them a whole different color. He wouldn’t take responsibility and yelled and screamed at me and told me he didn’t like my kind of people.
