To start off I just want to say I got ripped off and I wasn’t able to get my money back after spending 160 to have 3 dresses altered and cleaned only 1 dress was altered. Who knows if they cleaned my dresses it was sad I really wanted to put my hands on that lady but the fact of one small thing can take me from my kids and boy the looks on their faces. the fact I had got ripped off in front of my kids hurt more.. to my baby not have her dress fitted for the event was not okay imagine how she felt and I’m going to leave it at... read more
Horrible horrible place do not go here. My mom brought in a brand new dress still with tags on for a steam to get the wrinkles out. They ruined her dress and refused to acknowledge they did anything wrong. They wouldn’t even refund the money she paid for the service. They refused to take any responsibility and they said they could fix it but after the wedding we needed it for. Don’t go here or trust them with your clothes. 10/10 would not recommend this company
