Great classes, which is my most favorite...however, Zumba and Power Hour need to be added to your app so we can log classes appropriately. The manager Cheryl is awesome! She works hard and makes sure everyone is happy...especially those on the machines. Very pleased!💪🏻🏃🏻♀️💃🏻🤸🏻♂️👊🏻
I was deceived into believing I was getting a free 7-day trial membership. Then I realized money was coming out of my account, so I called to try to figure out what this was but instead was informed that I received a one year contracted membership, when all I wanted was a trial membership. I tried to cancel and they told me I couldn’t. This is ridiculous! I didn’t sign one thing and I sure in hell didn’t think one bit about a contract with me not even being 18 years old. Yes..It's convenient...lots of good equipment...friendly people..and clean!
I have been to the other two gyms down the street and this is the best there is as far as the $cost$ , amount of equipment available , the room you have to move around , and the people are the most courteous I have come across. I'm always greeted as I walk in and even if they are on the phone I'm am told to have a nice day by name . I've canceled before trying a new gym and come back. Three steps to cancel- follow the steps and it's easy to cancel.
I have been a member here for two years and I love it! The staff feels like family to me now and I have met many friends here. I have lost 57 lbs since October 2015 and it has kept me motivated to be here at least 5-6 days per week. This is my go to happy place to relieve stress and burn calories
still having problems with the door at laplace french not opening....comper with 24 hour acess keeps door locked....problem been since Saturday n its Wednesday now ? Problem still not corrected ?
Why does ot take so long for things to get fixed in the Laplace French location now.?. When i first joined things were fixed in a timely manner..y does ot take things months to be fixed now ? People r getting frustrated with this problem ..can yall please address the problem ?
DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!! Very easy to sign up yet take you months to resign all the while they charge your credit card! They tell you it's a month to month contract and after year you don't have to pay a $25 cancellation fee. Lie # 1.. They also slap you with a $15 upgrade fee??? Really I was there two years they didn't upgrade a damn thing!!! Reported them to the BBB ! They are very sneaky and lie about their fees !!! STAY AWAY!!!
