Had Gary Anderson as an agent. When home inspection was performed a copy went to him as well as myself. He apparently did not read. As a result I’m now stuck with a very expensive electrical panel upgrade. If the reasoning is I should have caught it, I’d already done enough of his job. Only concern is his commission.
Absolutely avoid working with this extremely unethical group of people at all costs especially if you're seeking a rental in the French Quarter. Back in the summer of 2008 I sold my condo in Chicago right before the real estate market plunged. I cut my losses and scheduled showings with this realty company and they showed me a semi furnished apartment in the French Quarter.
