Great design, Huge lots buffered by the Francis national forest and away from the absolute chaos in mt pleasant but close enough to everything. This is going to be a great little area!
The only reason they don’t get 0 stars is the location here is great nestled in the woods with the lake (that maybe some day will look nice if they ever graded out the shoreline and it wasn’t rutted up mud). We closed on our house and weren’t even given the keys that day because they didn’t get a final inspection. House was turned over before a final clean was done so it was a total mess (as in dust and debris everywhere). Hard rain washout run off. The builder refused to correct the problem.
ZERO STARS. BUT NO OPTION. This is the worst builder I have ever dealt with. Not only is the product substandard, they know it. Some of the warranty contractors came in and looked at the house and said it’s the cheapest of cheap items. Everything from the improperly wired smoke detectors to appliances. The worst part of all is the FALSE ADVERTISING and shady sales tactics. There are TOO many pictures to list but you get the idea. Then the neighborhood is a complete joke.
