If its all you can afford... my roommate and I stayed here for a few months over the summer and dubbed it "upper hookerville". The neighborhood made it so my friends wouldnt even come visit, but the complex itself wasnt too bad. The cops came around about 2 times a month to arrest people, there were almost constant evictions and the manager was stealing money. However, for the price and the location these apartments are nice.
