These people don’t even deserve one star I have been trying to call and I have been leaving voicemail messages for the past two days not a single call back and every time you call it just rings and then the voicemail is not set up what kind of apartment place is this? . All I am trying to do is try to rent an apartment, but if no one picks up the phone, how are you supposed to even find out information?
Nothing ever works, there's bugs everywhere, and if you try to get your deposit bsck they try to pile on bullshit fees
Susan is the best landlord/Manager Ive ever known. Huge shout out to her for always doing her job and looking out for all of us tenants. Thank you for all you do!!!!!! My special needs son lives in french quarter and I live in wood croft. Both properties are so well maintained I recommend anyone looking for stable long term renting to come check them out! The only request we all really have is BRING BACK THE SWIMMING POOLS PLEASE. ..I know Tennants would mind a fundraiser or something to reopen them bith...let us help get i... read more
